Fatigue makes the day drag on. This can lead to stress and negativity. Take a moment to center, and breathe in positive energy and affirmations.
You can make the most of your entire day by creating a simple midday routine focused on restoring your energy and affirming your intention, and it only takes a few minutes (though you can spend much longer when time permits).
As your day develops, you may find yourself lacking energy, watching the clock, creating unnecessary stress. Rebalance your energy, focus your intention, and the positive energy you manifest helps you finish your day.
A midday routine is a conscious activity that you routinely, repeatedly, and intentionally engage in. It doesn’t have to be anything in particular, but rather, just something that works for you. It’s best to keep it simple so you’re more likely be consistent.
Take in a big deep breath and let your belly expand, exhale. Bring your arms in a sweeping motion, up as high as you like. It can be a small or big movement. Make a nice natural movement that flows along at the speed you inhale your next breath. Release as you exhale and allow your arms to float down.
Even if you do not feel thirsty, water can give you a boost of energy and refreshment. Hold your drink of water and concentrate on your affirmations, infuse the water with your intention. Focus on your desired outcome, how it feels. Charge your water with your thoughts and intentions. As you are enjoying your water, take a moment at each sip to think about how your day is going and realign yourself as necessary to stay on track for your goals.
Breathe in as you visualize your intention set from your morning routine. Realign your thoughts to your purpose and your excitement. The air flowing into your lungs is carrying this. Feel it in your belly and allow a slow exhale, releasing any energies which are not yours. Regardless of what you feel the rest of your day holds, breathe in and anchor to the emotion connected with your goal intention. Fill your lungs with your goal intentions. As you begin to breathe out, direct by speaking or strong intention this statement "all energies and emotions which are not mine, return with love to your origins" as you exhale all which is not benefitting your highest purpose.
